Reservation Policy

To reserve a space, it must be paid for by the prior Wednesday. We will only hold spaces that have been paid for in advance. We accept credit card reservations via telephone or email.

Daily Rental

The office is open at 6:00AM each sales day and dealers are expected to set-up between 6:00AM-7:00AM. Spaces not occupied by 8:00AM will be available for re-rental. Unless contacted, we will not hold reserved spaces after 8:00AM.

Rain Check Policy

Management will determine rain dates by 8:00AM. Vouchers will be issued for a credit for the following Saturday to those present, reserved and who have not set up.
